Senior Analog Design Engineer

Responsible for the entire development lifecycle of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits — from architectural planning and transistor-level design through to layout supervision and laboratory validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Planning: Utilize behavioral models to simulate and plan architectures for analog and mixed-signal low-voltage circuits.
  • Circuit Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and verify circuits and systems that meet stringent product requirements, including schematic entry, simulation, and layout supervision.
  • Transistor-Level Verification: Perform rigorous transistor-level verification of analog circuits, silicon power circuits, mixed-signal sub-systems, and the top-level chip design.
  • Silicon Validation: Validate designs through hands-on laboratory measurements and post-silicon characterization.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in analog, silicon power circuits, and mixed-signal design, simulation, and testing techniques.
  • Technical Core: Strong design expertise in OPAMPs, Gm-C filters, and switched capacitors; ADCs, DACs, and bandgaps; DC-DC converters for integrated low-voltage applications; gate drivers and level shifters.
  • Lab Skills: Solid hands-on laboratory measurement and silicon debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

The following skills and experiences are considered a strong advantage:

  • Experience with integrated power conversion circuits for low-voltage designs (e.g., DC-DC, charge-pumps, rectifiers, LDOs, and power amplifiers).
  • In-depth knowledge of PMIC processes (e.g., BCD).
  • Familiarity with industry-standard layout verification tools (e.g., Calibre, PVS).
